The next YPG event is scheduled for Wednesday, February 8th at 8:00 AM at Happy Times Café, 535 Broadhollow Road, Melville. We will be introducing the program with a panel discussion around networking to accelerate your business. On the panel are seasoned professionals who are actively and successfully networking and goaling for growth.

What can mentoring do for us?
- A unique approach to a chamber’s value for up and coming professionals
- Increase membership to the chamber via the group because the program add value for its members
- Create a development program that benefits the group by increasing the bottom line productivity and revenue for its participants
- Keep a consistent focus on development throughout the year that will increasingly involve & attract senior partners to the program and therefore the chamber
- Give senior participants a leading-edge perspective from the creative and innovative perspective of the junior partners
The YPG is focusing efforts for 2012 around the mentorship program to be held every two months in 2012. This program engages the senior chamber members, encourages new membership to the organization, and provides an anchor which promotes professional and personal development of all participants.
